印刷电路板检测系统光学设计

         

摘要

设计一种广泛应用于印刷电路板(PCB)自动检测装置的光学系统,能兼顾系统的测试效率及检测精度,而且通过改变系统的放大倍率,满足不同型号的PCB板的测试要求.通过线阵CCD推扫式测量,提高系统的分辨率,扩大视场.设计结果表明,该镜头处于不同组态时,其MTF在奈奎斯特频率处均大于0.3,畸变值均小于0.1%.系统满足高分辨率小畸变的要求.%This paper designs a widely used optical system of automatic inspection devices on Printed Circuit Board ( PCB ). It can meet both testing efficiency and measure precision. Moreover, it can satisfy testing requirements of different types on PCB board by changing system magnification. By sweeping measurement on linear array CCD, it improves system resolution and field of view. The system fulfills requirements of high resolution and small distortion, and the result of designing shows that when in different configuration the MTF is greater than 0.3 at Nyquist frequency and the distortion is smaller than 0.1%.
