自进式旋转射流钻孔的自进运动分析

         

摘要

The jet from whirling water jet diffuses as cone while it whirls, and it's suitable for driling process.Self-pro-pelled whirling water jet adopts the principle of ant—jet pushing and nozzle moves of itself. The jetfrom into force was analyzed and calculated in this paper, the establishment of a self into type sprinkler equation of motion, the equation of motion that reverse nozzle at least take three, to achieve the purpose of nozzle from into.The impact of the flow, the number of reverse nozzle, the angle between reverse nozzle and the axis on the self—propelled motion was invested.The results indicated: the impact of the flow on the self—propelled motion is bigger.Increase the flow of the system is better means for improve self—propelled distance and velocity.Changing of the number of reverse nozzle and the angle between reverse nozzle and the axis may change the self-propelled distance and the velocity in a small scope%旋转射流喷出的射流一边旋转一边呈锥形向外扩散,适用于钻孔工艺.自进式旋转射流采用反喷推进原理,使喷头自进.本文对射流自进力进行了分析与计算,建立了自进式喷头的运动方程,由运动方程得出反向喷嘴至少取三个,才能达到喷头自进的目的;同时考察了流量、反向喷嘴数目和反向喷嘴与射流轴线的夹角等参数对喷头自进的影响.结果表明:流量对喷头的自进运动影响较大,增大系统的流量是提高喷头自进距离和自进速度的有效方法;而改变反向喷嘴的数目和反向喷嘴与射流轴线的夹角,只能在较小的范围内改变喷头的自进距离和自进速度.
