望远镜主镜支撑用液压缸设计研究

         

摘要

Hydraulic whiff tree is used as the primary mirror support of large telescope more and more. The cylinder is key technology of hydraulic support system. And the axial stiffness is the key parameter of cylinder design. In this arti-cle,a cylinder with rolling diaphragm was designed. The stress state of cylinder was analyzed seriously. The theoretical expression of axial stiffness of cylinder was got. The influence of all parameters was discussed. And it was found that the stiffness is the only function of the parameters of rolling diaphragm. Cylinder stiffness is directly proportional to the young’s modulus of rolling diaphragm and is influenced by the geometric parameters of rolling diaphragm like thickness, height、radius of inner circle and radius of outer circle.%  液压支撑系统作为大型望远镜的主镜支撑得到了越来越广泛的应用,支撑液压缸是液压支撑系统的关键技术,而液压缸的轴向刚度又是液压缸设计的关键参数。本文给出一款利用滚动薄膜作为密封件的液压缸设计,并对液压缸进行了详细的受力分析,得到液压缸的轴向刚度关于各个设计参数的理论表达。并分析了各个设计参数对液压缸刚度的影响。发现液压缸的轴向刚度只是和滚动薄膜的各项参数有关,和滚动薄膜的弹性模量成正比,且受滚动薄膜几何参数如薄膜的厚度、高度、内外圈半径等影响。
