双微环波导互耦合系统的耦合模理论研究

     

摘要

微环谐振腔由于具有结构简单、易于集成的优点,通过控制谐振模式与波导之间的耦合,可以制备许多光学器件,受到人们越来越多的重视。利用耦合模理论,计算了双环波导互耦合系统的光学特性,给出此系统的透过率表达式,并分析了系统的透过率特点。同时利用时域有限差分的方法模拟了系统的透过率和不同模式的场分布特性。两种方法得到的结论完全一致,表明耦合模理论处理双环耦合是可靠的。%Due to the simple structure and easy integration,microring cavities have attracted much attention on the fab-rication of different optical devices by controlling the coupling between the modes of resonator and waveguide. In this paper,the optical properties of a double-ring coupling system are calculated by using coupled-mode theory. Analytical expression of the transmission is obtained and anglicized in detail. The transmission and the field distribution of the sys-tem are also demonstrated. Results obtained by the coupled-mode theory are in good agreement with finite-difference time-domain method and coupled-mode theory can be used to handle double ring mutual coupling system.
