一种基于LabVIEW的小空间温度监测系统的设计

         

摘要

针对传统的对温度监测较难这一问题,提出了一种基于LabVIEW的小空间温度监测系统,将虚拟仪器与硬件电路相结合,发挥虚拟仪器在测量和计算中的优点。系统主要利用温度传感器DS18B20和ATmega16来采集温度,然后利用无线收发模块将数据传送到上位机所在位置,可以实现远距离的监测。由于采集卡的成本较高,因此通过串口将数据发送至上位机系统,上位机通过LabVIEW来进行温度的监控、测量、存储、报警等工作。通过实验验证,该系统可以实现一定范围内的小型空间温度检测和调节,使温度控制在室温左右。%It is difficult to monitor temperature in the traditional way. For this problem, a small space temperature monitoring system is presented based on LabVIEW. And the virtual instrumentation is combined with measurement tech-nology in this system and the virtual instrument’s advantage in the measurement and calculation are developed. The temperature sensor DS18B20 and ATmega16 are mainly used to collect temperature in this system. Then, a wireless transceiver module is used to transfer the data to the location of the host computer. Finally, long-distance detection can be achieved. Since acquisition cards is more expensive,the serial port is used to transfer data to the host computer and the job such as temperature monitoring,measurement,storage,alarm and so on is finished through LabVIEW. By experimental verification,a small space temperature monitoring can be realized and adjusted within a certain range,then the temperature is controlled at room temperature.
