基于脉搏波特征量关联分析的疾病预诊研究

         

摘要

Currently, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have become the top killer of threat to human health. The change of the blood flow parameters can provide important basis for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases pre-liminary diagnosis. In view of the current blood flow parameters detection method has some shortcomings,such as com-plicated, invasive and so on. This paper obtain pulse wave signal non-invasively, the signal preprocessing, extracting the pulse waveform characteristic K to calculate the blood flow parameters and doing correlation analysis between K val-ue and the blood flow parameters. Results show that this method is not only convenient and quick,but also can pre-dict the change of blood flow parameters accurately with characteristic of pulse wave area.It has becomed a new and ef-fective method to pre-diagnosis for family and clinical.%心脑血管疾病已成为威胁人类健康的头号杀手.血流参数的变化可以为心脑血管疾病预诊提供重要依据.针对当前血流参数检测方法复杂、有创等缺点,无创获取脉搏波信号,对信号预处理,提取脉搏波形特征量K来计算血流参数,并对K值与血流参数进行相关性分析.结果表明本文方法不仅方便快捷,而且能够用脉搏波面积特征量准确预测血流参数变化,成为心脑血管疾病家庭和临床预诊的一种新的有效手段.
