大肠癌的中医病因病机及治疗研究概况

摘要

中医认为，大肠癌的发病，主要因六淫外侵，或饮食不节，或七情内伤，加之正气不足，脾虚失运，毒邪踞之，蕴结于大肠，凝聚成积。正虚以脾胃亏虚，久致肾虚、气血不足为主，标实以痰、湿、瘀、毒、滞、寒、热、火为主。中医药治疗可清除残留在机体其他部位的细微癌灶，增强机体的免疫力，抵抗放、化疗的毒副作用。中医药的运用，可贯穿在肿瘤治疗的各个阶段，与现代医学治疗方法相结合，发挥互补优势。今后应重视中医药在大肠癌治疗方面的研究，设计更合理严谨的对照研究以及进行临床药效、药理的观察，提供更可靠的循证医学证据。%Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive system. Chinese medical therapy that in treatment of colorectalcarcinoma,play a certain advantage in enhancing efficiency,preventing postoperative relapse and metastasis,reducing poisonous side effects of chemotherapy,raising survival rate and improving life quality of the pa-tients. It has an irreplaceable position in the comprehensive treatment of colorectal cancer. The writer induce and sum-marize that the etiology and pathogenesis、TCM syndrome differentiation of colorectal cancer,and in recent years the doctors do the colorectal cancer treatment of traditional Chinese medicine research and has positive significance in im-proving the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of colorectal cancer.
