振腹干预对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖的调节作用与对其HPA轴影响的相关性

         

摘要

目的 研究振腹干预对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖的调节与对其HPA轴的影响是否具有相关性.方法 将60只大鼠随机分为对照组10只、模型组50只,对模型组以链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射合并高糖高脂饲料喂养的方式进行造模,后将符合纳入标准的模型组大鼠分为模型组12只,治疗组12只.对治疗组大鼠行振腹干预,干预结束后将大鼠处死,取材并进行相应检测,对所得数据进行整理分析.结果 治疗结束后,治疗组与模型组相比,FBG水平明显降低,有统计学意义(P<0.05),肾上腺指数水平明显降低,有统计学意义(P<0.05),肾上腺CORT浓度明显降低,有统计学意义(P<0.05),下丘脑CRH浓度明显降低,有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组与对照组相比,FBG水平及肾上腺指数仍较高(P<0.05).结论 振腹干预能有效降低2型糖尿病大鼠的FBG水平,且其肾上腺皮质分泌功能、HPA轴活性也相应降低,说明振腹法调节2型糖尿病大鼠糖代谢可能与其改善了肾上腺皮质分泌功能及HPA轴功能有关.%Objective Study on whether the regulation of vibration abdominal intervention on type 2 diabetes mellitus rats of blood sugar and the effects on the HPA axis is relevant or not. Methods 60 rats were randomly divided into normal control group 10 and model group 50. Make models with STZ injection combining with high sugar and high fat feeding in the model group. And pick out the rats which comply with the inclusion criteria to divide 12 into model group and 12 into treatment group. Give vibration abdominal intervention to the treatment group rats, then kill them for test. Collect and analyze the data. Results 1.After the treatment, compared with model group, the FBG level of treatment group significantly reduced (P<0.05), the adrenal index level of treatment group significantly reduced (P<0.05), the adrenal CORT concentration of treatment group significantly decreased (P<0.05) and the hypothalamus CRH concentration of treatment group significantly decreased (P<0.05). 2. Compared with normal control group, the FBG level of treatment group is still higher (P<0.05) and the adrenal index level of treatment group is still higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Vibration abdominal intervention can effectively reduce the level of FBG in type 2 diabetic rats. It means Vibration abdominal intervention has therapeutic effect on type 2 diabetic rats. The level of secretion of adrenocortical function and activity of HPA axis of the type 2 diabetic rats also reduced accordingly, which means that the regulating effect of type 2 diabetic rats glucose metabolism may be related to improve the secretion of adrenocortical function and the function of HPA axis.
