甲骨文中记载了疾耳、耳疠、耳鸣、听力障碍、疾鼻、鼻瘜肉、疾音等耳鼻喉科病种;记述了天帝(鬼神、先祖)作祟或恶梦致病、外伤致病、内外在环境因素致病等病因;另记载了行巫术、向作祟者祷告求其离开等治疗方法.这些记载反映了殷商时期耳鼻喉科医学发展的初始水平和祖国早期的医学文化.%The names of seven kinds of otolaryngology, such as ear inflammation, ear frostbite, tinnitus, hearing impairment, sinusitis, nasal polyposis and voice hoarse, were recorded in oracle bone inscriptions. This paper described the etiological factors, such as the haunting or nightmare disease, the pathogenic factors, the internal and external environmental factors, etc. It also recorded the practice of practicing witchcraft and praying to the perpetrator for treatment. These records reflect the initial level of the development of otolaryngology in Shang Dynasty and the early medical culture of the motherland.
