在法度与柔情之间：《法篇》中的“理想国”

By analysing Law of Polatu, the auther holds that Polatu had already casted away illusion of the political system, and payed much attention to the room which the objective reality should be given, though he stuck to theoretical creation. So he tried to find out other middle roads through which the noble, the genius, and the mass could articulate with the virtue and the wealth aided by some kind of democratic procedure. The positive factor of the new system is just the law not the genius. Actualy, this is another Republic showing great concern over human-beingself.%对《法篇》文本分析发现，此时的柏拉图试图在人类生活的实际经验和理论创作之间谋求某种结合，创制“新的”理想国，为人类最卓越的公共政治形式奠基，立法无疑是最可宜的媒介。因此，他以史为鉴，摈弃幻想，注重理论建构，注意到现实给理论建构留下的实际空间；弃极端，持中庸，意欲用美德、财富，并辅之以民主程序，将高贵出身、高尚品性（美德、知识）者与民众勾连起来，以表达对人的最高关切。
