含锆超高温陶瓷材料是可以应用于极高温度和氧化气氛下的特种材料。目前研究着重于ZrB2-SiC、ZrB2-ZrC-SiC等复合材料的制备方法和性能。本文总结了近几年国内外锆基超高温陶瓷材料的制备与性能的研究,包括无机粉末烧结法制备工艺、前驱体聚合物制备工艺和耐高温氧化过程及其机理等。最后对未来研究趋势进行了展望。%This paper, brielfy reviewed the development of zirconium-containing non-oxide ceramics for ultra-high temperature applications, focusing on the preparation techniques and properties of the widely studied ZrB2-SiC and ZrB2-ZrC-SiC composites. It summarized the advances in the recent years in the research on their preparation methods and properties, including the inorganic route and preceramic polymeric route, their anti-oxidation behaviors and mechanisms. The research trend in the future was also predicted.
