An atmospheric plasma spraying technology was used to prepare two thermal barrier coatings on the surface of high-temperature alloy, in which the conventional nanosized yttria-partially-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) and YSZ + 25wt.% CeO2 (CSZ) were applied, respectively. The thermal shock test was carried out at 900℃and SEM and EDS technologies were used to analyze the thermal shock-resistance of YSZ and CSZ ceramic coatings. The results showed that the CSZ coating failed at the 63rd thermal shock test and the YSZ coating failed at the 21st test, indicating that the thermal shock-resistance of the new CSZ coating should be signiifcantly superior to that of the YSZ coating under the same condition and CeO2 could improve the thermal shock-resistance of yttria-partially-stabilized zirconia.%采用大气等离子喷涂技术,分别使用传统的纳米氧化钇部分稳定的氧化锆(下文简称YSZ)和在YSZ中加入25wt.%CeO2(下文简称CSZ)在高温合金钢表面制备两种热障涂层。将两种涂层在900℃下进行热震试验,使用SEM和EDS技术分析YSZ和CSZ陶瓷涂层的抗热震性能。结果表明,CSZ在热循环第63次时失效,而YSZ在第21次失效,新型的CSZ涂层抗热震性能明显优于YSZ。CeO2可以提高Y2O3部分稳定ZrO2的抗热震性能。
