针对刚玉-尖晶石浇注料中尖晶石传统引入方式造成的抗渣侵蚀性与热震性能不理想问题,本文采用含氧化镁4wt.%的刚玉骨料部分取代常用的板状刚玉骨料,研究了其取代量对刚玉-尖晶石浇注料结构与性能的影响.结果表明:随着含镁刚玉骨料加入量的增大,1600℃×3 h烧后,在骨料与基质界面处形成CA6与MA的复合保护层,浇注料的抗渣侵蚀性显著提高,侵蚀面积由6.2%降低至1.3%;经1100℃—水冷循环5次后,试样的残余强度保持率由15%增大到23%.%In order to improve its slag resistance and thermal shock resistance, the properties and structure of MgO-containing corundum spinel castable with tabular corundum aggregate replaced by corundum aggregate with 4wt.% magnesium oxide were studied. The results show: with the amount of magnesium-containing corundum aggregate increasing, the protective layer of CM2A8 which is a composite of CA6 and spinel formed in the interface between the aggregate and matrix after the samples were treated at 1600 ℃ for 3 h, and the slag corrosion resistance of the samples is obviously improved, the erosion area decreased from 6.2% to 1.3%, and the residual strength retention rate of the samples after 5 times of thermal shock by water cooling from 1100 ℃ increased from 15% to 23%.
