景德镇市焦元坞紫砂陶土的组成与陶器的表征

     

摘要

Based on investigation on the geological background of the Jiaoyuanwu purple sand syderolite in Jingdezhen City, the mineral and chemical composition of the ore have been studied by using XRD, SEM and chemical analysis and other means. The Phase composition and micro-topography of pottery was also characterized. The results show that illite is the main clay minerals in the ore while chlorite is the second one, which is obviously different from that of Yixing purple sand syderolite. However, its chemical composition and the content of trace elements, as well as the microstructure of the made potty is quite similar to those made from theYixing purple sand syderolite.%在对景德镇市焦元坞紫砂陶土矿地质特征调研的基础上,采用XRD、SEM、化学分析等手段对矿石的物相与化学组成进行了研究,并对制成样品的物相组成与显微形貌进行了表征.结果表明:矿石中粘土矿物以伊利石为主、绿泥石次之,与宜兴紫砂存在明显差异,但在化学成份和微量元素含量上与宜兴紫砂土类似,并且以焦元坞紫砂陶土烧制的陶器在物相组成与显微形貌上与宜兴紫砂器相似.
