本文首先阐述了残余应力的定义及其来源,着重介绍了管道焊接残余应力的影响因素及其对焊接性能的影响.介绍了可应用于管道焊接残余应力测量的一系列实验技术,分析了各种技术的优缺点,重点介绍了衍射和钻孔方法;并对管道焊接残余应力的分析测试技术发展方向进行了展望.%In this paper, the definition and origins of residual stress were stated, and the influence factors of welding residual and its effects on welding properties were introduced. Subsequently, a series of experimental techniques which can be applied to measure residual stress in pipeline welding were illustrated, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each technique were analyzed. Detailed introductions had been particularly made to diffraction technology and deep hole drilling methods that used for residual stress measurement. The developing trend of the analysis of residual stress of pipeline welding was prospected.
