碳纤维增韧ZrC-SiC陶瓷基复合材料制备工艺研究现状

         

摘要

Carbon fibers (Cf) reinforced ZrC-SiC ceramic matrix composites are potential candidates for developing high temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance, ablation resistance and oxidation resistance, solving the problems of low fracture toughness and low oxidation resistance in the middle low temperature of ZrC ceramics as well as no enduring high temperature of Cffor oxidizing atmosphere. The toughening mechanisms of Cfreinforced ceramic matrix composites are described. Recent research progress in preparation of Cf reinforced ZrC-SiC ceramic matrix composites is reviewed. It also makes a prospect for Cfreinforced ZrC-SiC ceramic matrix composites.%碳纤维增韧ZrC-SiC陶瓷基复合材料解决了ZrC单相陶瓷断裂韧性低、中低温阶段抗氧化性能差以及氧化气氛下碳纤维耐温不足等问题,是发展耐超高温、抗热震、耐烧蚀以及抗氧化的一种潜在候选材料.概述了碳纤维增韧陶瓷基复合材料的增韧机理,综述了制备工艺的最新研究成果,展望了碳纤维增韧ZrC-SiC陶瓷基复合材料的发展趋势.
