喷雾焙烧制备Co3O4粉体过程雾化参数对产物氯含量的影响

         

摘要

以CoCl2水溶液为原料,采用单步喷雾氧化焙烧直接制备Co3O4高品质粉体,考察制备过程中雾化参数对产物氯含量的影响.为研究提高原料转化率的控制方法,实现降低Co3O4粉体残氯量及提升产物化学品质的目标,通过对样品残留氯进行分析测试,研究不同雾化参数条件对产物氯含量的影响关系.讨论氯离子的存在机理,认为氯离子可能因吸附形为产生逆反应及原料局部不完全反应而存在.实验结果表明:雾化参数中喷雾压力、气液比及料液浓度均对产物氯含量产生显著影响.实验中通过控制适当条件,同时对产物增加脱氯后处理来降低产物Co3O4粉体氯含量,并制得了氯含量小于0.1%(质量分数)Co3O4高品质超细粉体.%The high-quality CO3O4 powder were synthesized by one-step spray oxidizing roasting route under various spray parameters conditions using cobalt chloride solutions as the sole materials. In order to reveal the control method of raising the raw material conversion ratio to achieve purpose of the lower residue chlorine value and the high chemistry quality of as-product, influence of spray parameters on value of the product residue chlorine were investigated by the analysis of samples residual chlorine. The formation mechanism of chlorines in as-product was discussed. The results show that the chloride ion in oxide is mainly existed as the reverse reaction because of hydrogen chloride adsorption action and the incomplete reaction of the raw materials. The spray parameters such as spray-pressure, gas-liquid ratios and the raw material concentration, have an important impact on the content of the residue chlorine of the as-product during the process of spray oxidizing roasting. The content of chloride in samples can be deduced by controlling the appropriate conditions and insulation in the process. In this way the ultrafine CO3O4 high-quality powder containing less than 0.1% chloride was gained.
