为了研究森林生态游憩对人体的生理保健价值,于2012年3月17日-5月12日历时8周,对扬州城市周边4个森林公园的大气环境质量、空气负离子、细菌含量、天然放射性、植物精气、噪声以及对人类心理健康等7个方面直接影响人类生理保健的项目指标进行了适时监测、调查和分析.结果表明:森林环境是人类理想的游憩休闲场所,有很好的生理保健价值.并结合扬州市森林游憩区的实际,提出了进一步开发森林生理保健旅游资源的具体措施.%In order to study the function of physiological health care to human body, from March 17 to May 12, 2012, lasting 8 weeks, Yangzhou peri-urban four forest parks' 7 targeted indexes, such as atmospheric environmental quality, negative air ions, bacteria content, natural radioactive, phytoncidere, noise, and impact of noise on health of human physiology, which directly affect human health, were monitored in real time. The results show that the forest environment is a ideal recreational place for human to relax, have good physiological health value. Combined with the actual state of Yangzhou city forest recreation zones, and some concrete measures for further developing Yangzhou city forests' physiological health tourism resources were proposed.
