对自行提取的16个湖南油茶籽样品和20家油茶籽油生产企业生产的油茶籽油进行了气相色谱法脂肪酸组成测定,并对掺入了不同比例豆油、花生油、玉米油、葵花籽油、菜籽油、米糠油、棕榈油和油茶籽油组成的二元体系样品进行了脂肪酸组成分析,通过分析脂肪酸组成的变化,建立了快速、精准地检测油茶籽油中掺杂大豆油、花生油、玉米油、葵花油、菜籽油、米糠油、棕榈油含量的气相色谱油茶籽油掺假判定方法。%The compositions of fatty acids from self-extracted 16 samples of Camellia oleosa seeds and Camellia oil produced by 20 local enterprises in Hunan province were measured by gas chromatography, and the compositions from samples of binary system composed by different ration of oil-tea camellia seed oil adulterated with soybean, peanut, corn, sunflower, rapeseed, rice bran or palm oil were analyzed, and through measuring the fatty acids changes of in the oil samples, a series of judgment methods for judging Camellia oil adulteration were set up, which can rapidly and precisely detect what the adulterated substances are.
