灰木莲不同种源种子形态变异分析

         

摘要

为探索灰木莲不同种源种子的形态变异,对12个种源的种子长度、宽度、厚度及千粒重进行测定。结果表明:长、宽、厚、体积指数和千粒重在种源间的差异均达到极显著水平。种源LC4的种子体积指数值最大,种源TQ3的体积指数最小。种源TQ3的种子与其余种源在长、宽、厚、种子体积指数等4个性状间存在显著差异。灰木莲种子厚的广义遗传力最大(h2=0.453),千粒重的最小(h2=0.165),而种子体积指数的遗传变异系数最大(33.29%),千粒重的遗传变异系数最小(16.40%)。种子体积指数与宽的相关系数最大,为0.956。经聚类分析表明种源TQ1号和种源TQ3聚为一类,其余种源聚为一类。%In order to understand the seed morphological variation of different provenances of Manglietia conifera. The seed length, width, thickness, volume index (length × width × thickness) and thousand seed weight were measured in 12 provenances. The result showed that there was signiifcant difference on seed length, width, thickness, volume index and thousand seed weight in 12 provenances. The largest seed volume index was LC4, and the minimum was TQ3. There was signiifcant difference in provenance TQ3 than other provenances on seed length, width, thickness and volume index. The largest value of h2 was seed thickness (0.453), and the lowest was thousand seed weight (0.165). The maximum of genetic variation was volume index (33.29%) and the minimum one was thousand seed weight (16.40%). The maximum correlation coefifcient was between seed size and width of 0.956. It indicated that provenance TQ1 and TQ3 were in group 2, and the others were in another group through clustering analysis.
