Resveratrol is an important activity of natural product. In this experiment, peanut shells as raw materials, we use microwave and ultrasonic method to study the extraction process of resveratrol. Solid-liquid ratio, ethanol concentration, ultrasonic time, microwave time, bath time and temperature were investigated on the extraction rate. The impact of a single factor experiments and orthogonal test were to determine the optimum conditions with microwave and ultrasonic extraction of resveratrol in peanut shells. The results show that, microwave and ultrasonic extraction of the yield are 0. 0047% and 0. 0035 %. Then the extraction yield of microwave method is higher than ultrasonic method.%白藜芦醇是一种重要的活性天然产物,本实验以花生壳为原料,通过微波法和超声波法对白藜芦醇的提取工艺进行研究,分别考察了料液比,乙醇浓度,超声作用时间,微波时间、水浴时间、温度等对提取率的影响.通过单因素实验和正交实验分别确定微波法和超声波法提取花生壳中白藜芦醇的最佳工艺条件.实验结果表明:最佳工艺条件下,微波法和超声波法提取的得率分别是:0.0047%和0.0035%.微波法的得率略高于超声波法.
