目的 研究α-突触核蛋白(α-synuclein,α-syn)在人脑膜瘤组织和对照脑组织中的表达及其与微管蛋白之间的关系.方法 用抗人α-syn抗体对人脑膜瘤组织和对照脑组织进行免疫组织化学染色,观察、比较α-syn在脑膜瘤和对照脑组织中的表达和分布.用免疫荧光组织化学方法检测α-syn和β-微管蛋白以及突触素是否共存.结果 对照脑组织中,α-syn主要存在于神经元的末梢和胞质部分,分别与突触素和β-微管蛋白共存.人脑膜瘤组织中,α-syn主要存在于肿瘤细胞的胞质,并且与β-微管蛋白在胞质共存,少部分存在于细胞核中.结论 α-syn存在于脑膜瘤细胞的胞质和核中,并与β-微管蛋白在胞质中共存.%Objective To investigate the localization of a-synuclein ( a-syn) in human brain meningiomas tissues and its association with p-tubulin. Methods Immuohistochemistry with antibodies against a-syn was used to reveal the localizations of a-syn in normal brain and meningiomas tissues. Double immunofluorescent labeling was used to observe the co-localization of a-syn with p-tubulin. Results In normal brain tissues, a-syn was localized in presynaptic terminals and cytoplasms of the neuronal somata, which was co-localized with synaptophysin and p-tubulin, respectively. In meningiomas tissues, a-syn was observed in cytoplasms and nuclei of the tumor cells. A-Syn in tumor cells were found to be co-localized with β-tubulin. Conclusion a-Syn was localized in the cytoplasm and nucleus of the meningiomas cells, and colocalized with β-tubulin.
