目的 了解滦南县女性性工作者艾滋病流行状况和流行因素,分析女性性工作者性病艾滋病流行趋势,为制定艾滋病防治策略和干预措施及效果评价提供依据.方法 按照《全国艾滋病哨点监测实施方案》的要求,采用统一的调查问卷和试剂,对400例女性性工作者进行问卷调查和血清学检测.结果 本次调查女性性工作者的平均年龄为28.62±5.99岁,未婚占57.25％,户籍所在地遍布全国各地,本省占67.00％,省外占33.00％,文化程度以初中为主,占60.00％.艾滋病防治知识知晓率为88.00％,最近一次与客人发生性行为安全套使用率为56.75％,有吸毒行为的很少,仅有4人,均不是注射吸毒.最近1年接受过有关预防艾滋病的服务的有298人,占74.50％.血清学检测没有发现人类免疫缺陷病毒阳性感染者,梅毒抗体阳性2例,丙型肝炎病毒抗体阳性9例.结论 女性性工作者人群中安全套的使用率与艾滋病防治知识知晓率存在一定的差距,应改变行为干预方式方法,加强同伴教育服务的开展,提高同伴教育服务的可及性,促进她们的行为改变.同时,女性性工作者人群中性病感染率较高,在预防艾滋病的同时应该加强性病的宣传教育.%Objective To understand epidemiologic characteristics and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome ( AIDS) epidemic trend in female sex workers in Luannan County. Methods Questionnaires investigation and serological testing were conducted among 400 female sex workers. In accordance with the requirements of the National AIDS sentinel surveillance program. Results The average age of the female sex workers was 28. 62. In all these female sex workers, unmarred accounted for 57. 25%. Those from Hebei Province accounted for 67. 00% and those from other provinces accounted for 33.00% . The subjects who received only junior high school education accounted for 60. 00% . AIDS prevention and awareness rats was 88. 00% . Rate of condom use during the last sexual intercourse was 56. 75% . Only 4 subjects had drug use behavior, but did not inject. In the last year, 298 subjects (74. 50% ) received the knowledge about AIDS prevention services. Two cases were positive for syphilis antibody and 9 cases were positive for hepatitis C virus (HCV) antibody positive in serological testing, but none of the cases was human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) positive. Conclusion There was a gap between female sex workers and normal control in rates of condom use and AIDS awareness. The methods of behavioral intervention should be changed, peer education services should be strengthened to promote their behavior changes. Meanwhile, education for prevention of sexually transmitted diseases should be strengthened.
