知识转移与企业技术创新绩效:心理资本的中介作用

     

摘要

如何提高企业技术创新绩效,是知识经济时代创新型企业必须面临的一个问题.以往研究探索了知识转移对企业技术创新绩效客观层面的影响,但对主观层面影响机制的关注还不够.文章通过调研232名高新技术企业的员工,从心理资本的角度探索知识转移对企业技术创新绩效的影响机制.结果表明,知识转移对高新技术企业技术创新绩效具有部分正向预测作用;员工心理资本水平对知识转移引起企业技术创新绩效之间具有明显的中介效应.%How to improve the performance of enterprise technology innovation is a problem that innovative enterprises must face in the era of knowledge economy. Previous studies have explored the impact of knowledge transfer on the technological innova-tion performance on the objective level,but there has been inadequate concern for the influence mechanism on the subjective level. Through the investigation of 232 staff in high-tech enterprises,this study explores the effect of knowledge transfer mechanism on the technological innovation performance of enterprises from the perspective of psychological capital. The results show that knowledge transfer has a positive predictive effect on the technological innovation performance of high-tech enterprises,and the level of employee psychological capital has a significant mediating effect on knowledge transfer.
