水泥沥青砂浆中水泥-乳化沥青经时吸附行为

         

摘要

The adsorption behavior was influenced significantly by the types of raw materials,and therefore the common features of adsorption curves between three cements and four emulsified asphalt were compared and summed up to reveal the general law of adsorption for the cement to emulsified asphalt in cement-asphalt(CA) mortar.It was found that the adsorption curve could be divided into four stages according to the adsorption characteristics of different stages which were dissolved adsorption,competitive adsorption,accelerated adsorption and saturated adsorption.The synchronous relationship of adsorption and hydration for cement-emulsified asphalt indicated that the adsorption behavior had significant correlation with hydration behavior of cement.The influence of emulsifier feeding order on adsorption clearly indicated that the adsorption of free emulsifier and emulsified asphalt to cement showed a significant competition.And the free emulsifier was adsorbed by cement in preference to emulsified asphalt,which revealed the cause of the presence of competitive adsorption stage.The adsorption model of cement-emulsified asphalt is proposed based on the observation of characteristics of adsorption curves at different stages and their relationship with the hydration of cement.%为了揭示水泥沥青砂浆(CA砂浆)中水泥-乳化沥青的吸附规律,归纳了用3种水泥、4种乳化沥青分别混合后的水泥-乳化沥青吸附率经时变化规律及共同特征,发现不同种类的水泥-乳化沥青吸附率经时变化规律根据阶段性吸附特征均可划分为溶解吸附阶段、竞争吸附阶段、加速吸附阶段和饱和吸附阶段.水泥-乳化沥青吸附与水泥水化的同步规律研究结果表明,吸附行为与水泥水化行为存在明显的相关性.乳化剂的投料顺序对水泥-乳化沥青吸附规律的影响结果清楚表明游离乳化剂与乳化沥青对水泥的吸附存在竞争性,游离乳化剂优先于乳化沥青被水泥吸附.基于水泥-乳化沥青吸附率经时变化规律以及竞争吸附阶段的特性研究,建立了CA砂浆中水泥-乳化沥青吸附模型.
