结核性脑膜脑炎一例临床与病理分析

摘要

Objective To analyze clinical and pathological features of one case of tuberculous meningitis. Methods Describing the clinical, laboratory examination and treatment process for the patient with tuberculous meningitis, making pathological anatomy systematically after death and observing lesions under light microscope. Results Without the earlier standardized treatment,it was the most important reason for aggravating. There were lots of caseous necrosis and invation by Langhans'cells and many nuclear epithelioid cells. Conclusions Early standard antitubercular treatment is the most important key for patients with tuberculous meningitis to reduce mortality and improve the cure rate.%目的 分析1例结核性脑膜脑炎的临床及病理特点.方法 对该患者的临床、实验室检查及治疗过程进行描述,死亡后进行系统的病理解剖,光学显微镜下观察病变.结果 早期未正规化治疗是造成病情加重的重要原因,其病变组织可见广泛干酪样坏死、Langhans细胞及多核类上皮细胞浸润.结论 早期规范抗结核治疗是降低病死率、提高治愈率的关键.
