目的 探讨表观弥散系数(ADC)值与脑梗死分期的相关性.方法 搜集150例经临床诊断并经MR证实的脑梗死病例,根据发病时间分为三组:急性期组(发病时间<2d );亚急性期组(发病时间2~14d);慢性期组(发病时间>14d).采用磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)测定各组病例ADC值. 结果 急性期组、亚急性期组和慢性期组ADC值分别为0.435±0.104、0.515±0.096和0.807±0.151,各组ADC值有显著性差异(P< 0.05).结论 脑梗死各期ADC值与临床分期存在相关性,ADC值随梗死时间延长而增大.%Objective To investigate the associativity between the apparent diffusion coefficient ( ADC )and the stages of cerehral infarction. Methods All 150 cerehral infarction patients were confirmed by clinical diagnosis and magnetic resonance imaging. The patients were randomly divided into 3 groups according to the time course of infarct, the acute stage group ( the time course < 2d ), the subacute stage group ( the time course from 2d to 14d ) and the chronic stage group ( the time course > 14d ). The ADC values of patients in each group were determined using diffusion-weighted imaging. Results The ADC value of patients in the acute stage group, the suhacute stage group and the chronic stage group were 0. 435 ±0. 104 . 0. 515 ±0. 096 and 0. 807 ±0. 151, respectively. There were significant differences in the ADC values among 3 groups ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion There is an associative relationship between the apparent diffusion coefficient and the stage of cerebral infarction, the ADC value is increased gradually accompanying the time course of infarct.
