METHOD FOR ANALYZING ONE-DIMENSIONAL DISPERSION BEHAVIOR OF POLLUTANT THROUGH ESTIMATION OF THE LONGITUDINAL DISPERSION COEFFICIENT USING THE BASIC HYDRAULIC DATA IN A RIVER
PURPOSE: A method for analyzing one-dimensional contaminant dispersion using calculation of a longitudinal dispersion coefficient based on a basic hydraulic data of a river is provided to use an empirical formula. CONSTITUTION: A method for analyzing one-dimensional contaminant dispersion using calculation of a longitudinal dispersion coefficient based on a basic hydraulic data of a river is as follows. River information with a water speed and a cross section of a river is inspected and is stored. An empirical formula of a longitudinal dispersion coefficient is drawn from dimensionless factors. The longitudinal dispersion coefficient is determined. An estimation of the longitudinal dispersion coefficient is calculated based on the stored river information and the determined longitudinal dispersion coefficient.
