丁苯酞对急性缺血性脑卒中的保护作用

摘要

目的：观察丁苯酞对急性缺血性脑卒中患者的保护作用。方法80例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组（n＝40）。采用酶联免疫吸附技术（ELISA）检测血清中超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性和丙二醛（MDA）含量的变化。结果与对照组相比，治疗组患者血清中SOD活性升高（ P＜0．05）、MDA含量减少（ P＜0．05），且治疗组有效率显著高于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论丁苯酞对急性缺血性脑卒中具有良好的保护作用，其机制可能与其提高血清SOD活性、降低MDA含量及增强机体抗氧化能力有关。%Objective To investigate the protective effects of butylphthalide on acute ischemic stroke . Methods 80 cases of acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into control group and treatment group .The activity of SOD and the content of MDA in serum were measured by using ELISA .Results Compared with control group, the activity of SOD increased ( P<0.05), the content of MDA decreased ( P<0.05) and the therapeutic efficacy increased (P<0.05) in treatment group.Conclusion Butylphthalide has protective effects on acute ischemic stroke, which may though increasing the activity of SOD , decreasing the content of MDA and enhancing the antioxidant ability.
