脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2对大动脉粥样硬化型脑梗死病情进展的预测价值

摘要

Objective To investigate the correlation of progressive ischemic stroke caused by large artery atherosclerosis (LAA)and lipoprotein-associated phospholipaseA2 (Lp-PLA2).Method This study collected eighty cases of hospitalized patients with acute ischemic stroke caused by LAA in neurology department from April 2015 to July 2016. The patients were investigated by Scandinavian Stroke Scale to evaluate whether the ischemic stroke is progressive. Testing the patients' homocysteine (Hcy) andLp-PLA2 in plasma, collecting the patients' imaging examination results of cerebrovascular, to analyses the predictors of progressive ischemic stroke caused by LAA.Results The related factors of progressive ischemic stroke caused by LAA included: Hcy andLp-PLA2 Both of them can significantly predict progressive ischemic stroke caused by LAA.Conclusion Hcy andLp-PLA2 were independent predictors of progressive ischemic stroke caused by LAA.%目的 探讨大动脉粥样硬化(LAA)型脑梗死病情进展与脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)的相关性.方法 收集2015年4月—2016年7月本科收治的急性LAA型脑梗死患者80例.采用斯堪地那维亚卒中量表(SSS)评估患者病情是否发生进展,检测患者的血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、Lp-PLA2,并收集颅内外血管相关检查的结果.对LAA型进展性卒中的预测因素进行分析.结果 血浆Hcy和Lp-PLA2水平与LAA型脑梗死病情进展相关,对LAA型脑梗死病情进展有预测作用.结论 高水平的血浆Hcy和Lp-PLA2是LAA型脑梗死病情进展的独立预测因素.
