目的：探讨前馈控制在预防外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管（PICC）患者静脉炎中的作用。方法应用前馈控制的理论和方法，对护理人员进行规范的专业培训，成立静脉输液管理小组，制定规范的操作流程，对护理过程实施三级质量监控。结果实施前馈控制后，静脉炎发生明显降低（P＜0.01）；培训后护士静脉炎的预防知识合格率显著提高（P＜0.01）；患者及家属静脉炎预防知识合格率显著提高（ P＜0.01）；患者对护理工作满意度显著提高，满意度由原来的95.26％提高到99.38％。结论前馈控制是预防PICC患者静脉炎的有效手段，能提高护理质量安全。%Objective To investigate the effect of feedforward control in the prevention of phlebitis in patients with PICC . Methods Using the theory and method of feedforward control ,we trained nurses professionally ,then set up the intravenous in-fusion team ,and formulate standard operation procedure to monitor the nursing process in three levels .Results After training , the incidence of phlebitis in patients with PICC decreased significantly(P<0.001) ,rate of prevention knowledge of phlebitis of nurse improved significantly (P< 0.001) ,rate of prevention knowledge of phlebitis of parients improved significantly (P<0.001) ,and patients’ satisfaction rate improved from 95.4% to 99.5% .Conclusion The feedforward control is an effective method to prevent phlebitis in patients with PICC ,and it could improve the quality of nursing .
