毕节试验区职业学校对阳光体育运动的宣传、推广重视度不够,但学生的体育锻炼态度是积极的。学生每周参与阳光体育锻炼的次数不高、每次活动时间短,男生参与锻炼的积极性稍好于女生。学生进行锻炼的活动项目主要是篮球、羽毛球、乒乓球、慢跑等简便易行的项目,且男、女生在主要参与项目上差别不大。体育活动的场所主要在学校体育场,组织形式主要是与同学（朋友）一起或个人单独活动,校内各种团体组织在促进阳光体育活动开展上没有发挥实际效用。建议：毕节试验区职业学校应大力宣传阳光体育运动,促使学生积极主动参与到健康体育运动中来。并把阳光体育运动提到日常教学的高度,形成制度。同时切实加强对体育经费的投资及监管力度,改善运动场地等条件,做好学生进行阳光体育活动的基础性保障。并且加强对阳光体育锻炼的组织管理工作,充分发挥各部门组织成员的作用,开展符合学生兴趣和爱好的体育活动项目,营造良好的体育氛围。%The publicity,promotion and attention of sunlight sports in vocational school of Bijie ex-perimental region are insufficient,but students＇ attitudes to physical exercise are positive.Students partic-ipate in weekly frequency of physical activity the sun is not high,each event a short time,the boys partici-pate in active exercise was slightly better than girls.Exercise of activities students are mainly basketball,badminton,table tennis,jogging and other simple items,and the boys and girls to participate in major pro-jects is not very different.Sports venues,mainly in the school stadium,the main form of organization with the students（friends） or individuals with separate activities,school organizations in the promotion of various groups to carry out physical activity on the sun did not play practical effect.Recommendation：Bijie test area vocational schools should vigorously promote sun sports,encourage students to actively participate in sports to health.And sun sports that the daily teaching of the height of a system.At the same time strength-en the sports and supervision of investment funds,to improve the conditions of sports venues,sports activi-ties do students in the basic sun protection.And physical exercise to strengthen the sun＇s organization and management,give full play to the role of members of various departments to carry out in line with their in-terests and hobbies of sports activities,to create a good sports atmosphere.
