米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗子宫切口瘢痕妊娠的临床分析

摘要

目的：探讨米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤（MTX）治疗子宫切口瘢痕妊娠（CSP）的临床效果。方法将210例 CSP 患者随机分为两组，各105例。对照组给予 MTX 治疗，观察组给予米非司酮联合 MTX 治疗，比较两组治疗效果、子宫切除率、包块消失时间、血人绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）转阴时间及住院时间。结果观察组治疗成功率高于对照组（ P ＜0．01），子宫切除率低于对照组（ P ＜0．01）；观察组治疗成功患者包块消失时间、血 HCG 转阴时间及住院时间均短于对照组（ P ＜0．01）。结论米非司酮联合 MTX 治疗 CSP 效果显著，优于单独应用 MTX 治疗，可作为一种治疗 CSP 的有效方法在临床推广应用。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone in combination with methotrexate(MTX)in treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP).Methods Two hundred and ten CSP patients were selected and divided into two groups with 105 cases in the study group and 105 in the control group.The control group was treated with MTX,and the study group was treated with mifepris-tone plus MTX.The hysterectomy rate,mass disappearance time,HCG blood clearance time,length of hospital stay of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group( P <0.01),the hysterectomy rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group( P <0.01),the mass disappearance time,HCG blood clearance time and length of hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group( P <0.01).Conclusion Mifepristone treat-ment of CSP with MTX is more effective than MTX therapy alone and can be used as an effective treatment of CSP with good clinical ap-plication.
