根据学界关于创业风险的分类和调查问卷结果的分析，以系统构建大学生创业风险防范策略为目的，分别从意识风险、财务风险、技术风险、管理风险、行业风险、市场风险、政策风险、环境风险八个方面考量大学生创业过程中可能面临的主客观风险因素，并从全面性、系统性、科学性、实效性四个方面提出了应对大学生创业风险必须坚持的主要原则，从政府、高校、社会和大学生创业者自身四个维度提出了共同应对创业风险的基本思路。%For building university students′entrepreneurial risk prevention strategy system ,based on the a nalysis of the questionnaire and the classification of the entrepreneurial risks by the academic circle ,it e laborated the potential subjective and objective risk factors university students may face in the entrepre neurship process from the consciousness risk , financial risk , technical risk , management risk , industry risk,market risk,policy risk and environment risk respectively .Then from the aspects of comprehensive ness,systematicness,scientificity and effectiveness ,it put forward the main principles we should stick to in coping with the university students′entrepreneurial risks .At last,it proposed the basic ideas in tackling the entrepreneurial risks together from the government , the universities , the society and the university students themselves .
