建设人力资源强国的高等教育研究

摘要

以人力资源强国建设是党和人民的共同目标作为基点，重点探讨了加强高等教育建设与高校教师开发在建设人力资源强国中的必要性，从宏观、中观和微观三个方面论述了建设人力资源强国战略的合理性、可行性和创造性，提出了一些建设人力资源强国的相关建议。%From the human resource development as the common goal of the Party and people, it dis-cussed the necessity of strengthening higher education and development of teachers in building China into a country of profound human resources.Rationality, feasibility and creativity of the strategy of building China into a country with rich human resource were analyzed from macro,meso and micro-aspects.Some relevant suggestions had been put forward.
