2015年中央政府工作报告修辞特点探析

摘要

In this paper,the report of Chinese Government Work for 2015,as an example,was analyzed from the perspective of the writing of official documents with a depth analysis of the writing.It summed up the characteristics of report language embodied in rhetoric.Positive and negative rhetoric using mutual collocation,were used such rhetoric means to adjust the structure,as parallelism,form of use,using voice, idioms,new words,metaphor,antithesis,parallelism,rhetorical methods to enhance language power of ex-pression.Through the study on the report of Chinese Government Work for 2015 writing rhetoric tech-niques were designed to enhance the awareness of rhetoric,document writing,and provide a reference lan-guage theory as the official document writing.%以2015年中央政府工作报告为研究对象，从公文写作的角度切入，综合运用了写作学理论和语言学理论，对政府工作报告的修辞使用进行了探讨。通过整体关照和实例分析，总结出修辞在2015年政府工作报告中的使用特点和作用。在政府报告中，积极修辞和消极修辞相互搭配使用，运用排比、长短句等修辞手段调整结构，运用语音、成语、熟语、新词、比喻、对偶、排比等修辞方法增强语言表达能力。通过对2015年中央政府工作报告写作修辞的研究，旨在加深公文写作的修辞意识，为公文写作理论的完善提供可借鉴的范例支持。
