PCA 在高校毕业生就业质量度的应用分析

摘要

通过对高校毕业生就业质量影响因子的分析，对高校毕业生就业质量度加以界定，运用 PCA 方法对其进行因子分析，建立高校毕业生就业质量度主成分综合评价模型，推导出专业毕业生就业质量度的排序，为就业质量的定量评价提供一种测评方法。%Through the analysis of the influence factors on the quality of college graduates′employment, employment quality degree was defined of college graduates.Using PCA method it analyzed quality of col-lege graduates′employment,a comprehensive evaluation model was established of the quality of college graduates′employment quality.Then it infered the ranking of the quality degree to provide an evaluation method for the quantitative evaluation of the employment quality.
