一期切除吻合术治疗左半结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻27例疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of the one-stage resection and anastomosis in the treatment of left colon carcinoma complicated with acute obstruction. Methods:The left colon carcinoma complicated with acute obstruction patients treated with one-staged resection and anastomosis and traditional two-stage anastomosis were divided into the observation group(27 cases) and control group(19 cases),respectively. The postoperative exhaust time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,complications and 3-year survival rate between two groups were compared. Results:The differences of the postoperative exhaust time,intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay and complications between two groups were not statistically signifficant(P>0. 05). The 3-year survival rates of observation group and control group were 92. 5% and 63. 2%,respectively,the difference of which was statistically significant(P 0.05)。观察组3年生存率为92.6%，对照组为63.2%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：一期切除吻合术治疗左半结肠癌合并急性肠梗阻安全可靠，且能够提高远期生存率，值得临床推广。
