重症监护病房患者家属疾病不确定感与其看护需求的相关性研究

摘要

Objective:To investigate the level of uncertainty in illness and care needs status in family members of intensive care unit ( ICU) patients, and explore their correlations. Methods:The general situation, uncertainty in illness and care needs of 165 family members of ICU patients were investigated using convenience sampling method. Results:The average score of uncertainty in illness of family members of ICU patients was(80. 94 ± 11. 57),which was at a high level. The importance factor of care needs in family members of ICU patients were the illness assurance,getting information,getting close to patients,medical staff support and their comfort in turn. The correlation analysis showed that there were varying degrees, in addition to the comfort factor, between the other four factors and uncertainty in illness of family members of ICU patients(P<0. 01). Conclusions:The care needs of family members of ICU patients should be met with at the same time nursing staff focus on patient's illness,which can reduce their uncertainty and enable it to better work with medical personnel.%目的：：调查重症监护病房( ICU)患者家属的疾病不确定感水平及其看护过程中的需求状况，并探讨二者之间的相关性。方法：采用便利抽样的方法对165名ICU患者家属的一般情况、疾病不确定感状况以及看护需求状况进行问卷调查。结果：ICU患者家属疾病不确定感的平均得分为(80.94±11.57)分，处于较高水平。家属看护需求重要性各因子依次为病情保证、获取信息、亲近患者、医护人员的支持以及自身的舒适。相关分析显示，除自身舒适因子外，其余四因子与ICU患者家属的疾病不确定感各维度均具有不同程度的相关关系(P<0.01)。结论：护理人员在关注患者病情的同时也应对其家属的看护需求给予满足，以降低家属的疾病不确定感，使其能更好地配合医务人员的工作。
