Objective To observe the curative effect of electroacupuncture and pricking blood therapy on chronic whiplash injury and ameliorative effect on anxiety-depression. Methods The patients (n =40) were randomly divided into electricacupuncture group ( EA group, n - 20) and electricacupuncture combined with blood-letting group ( EAPB group, n =20). The two groups were respectively given corresponding treatment, and the ameliorative rate of symptoms and changes of anxiety-depression index were observed. Results There was a significant difference in the ameliorative rate of symptoms ( P < 0. 05) between two groups, but no difference in the amelioration of anxiety. Conclusion Electroacupuncture and pricking blood therapy has a cooperative effect on chronic whiplash injury and the clinical curative effect can be improved significantly.%目的 观察电针放血治疗慢性挥鞭样损伤的疗效及其对患者焦虑抑郁状态的改善作用.方法 40例患者随机分为单纯电针组(20例)与电针配合放血组(20例),两组分别进行电针及电针配合放血治疗并观察症状改善率及焦虑抑郁指数改善率.结果 电针组与电针配合放血组症状改善率有显著性差异(P＜0.05),而改善焦虑方面无显著差异.结论 电针与放血对于慢性挥鞭样损伤治疗具有协同作用,能显著提高临床疗效.
