自拟清热祛湿止痛方治疗痛风性关节炎复发的临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the curative effect of Qingre Qushi Zhitong Formula on recurrent gouty arthritis. Methods 60 recurrent gouty arthritis patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (n =30)was treated with Qingre Qushi Zhitong Formula for 10 days, and the control group(n=30)was treated with diclofenac sodium double release enteric capsule for 10 days.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was significant higher than control group(93.3% VS 70.0%,P<0.05). The clinical symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment (P <0.05). However,the improvement of joint pain and joint swelling in the treatment group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05) as well as the serum uric acid level. The decrease of fasting glu-cose level in the treatment group was significantly lower (P<0.05),but there was no significant differ-ence between the two groups (P>0.05) for this indicator. Conclusion Self-made Qingre Qushi Zhi-tong Formula has good effect on recurrence gouty arthritis.%目的 观察自拟清热祛湿止痛方治疗痛风性关节炎复发的临床疗效.方法 将60例痛风性关节炎复发患者随机分为2组;治疗组(n=30)予自拟清热祛湿止痛方治疗,对照组(n=30)予口服双氯芬酸钠双释放肠溶胶囊治疗,疗程10 d.结果 治疗组总有效率93.3%,高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者临床症状积分均明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组关节疼痛、关节肿胀的改善比对照组更显著(P<0.05);治疗后2组患者血尿酸水平均明显下降(P<0.05),治疗组比对照组更显著(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组空腹血糖水平下降较明显(P<0.05),但2组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05).结论 自拟清热祛湿止痛方对痛风性关节炎复发患者有较好的临床疗效.
