采用高效好氧生物反应器HCR处理盐酸金霉素生产废水,结果表明,在进水P(COD)高达20g/L、P(氨氮)高达2~3g/L,且废水中含有大量对微生物有抑制作用的残留抗生素的情况下,COD的去除率高达70%以上.同时,废水中的氨氮也有一定去除效果,且反应器在运行过程中不受废水中SO4^2-的影响.由此可以说明,HCR作为盐酸金霉素废水一级处理,在技术上是可行的.%The result of treating aureomycin hydrochloride wastewater with High Performance Compact Reactor indicates that the removal rate of COD achieves above 70% , in spite of the wastewater COD content reaching up to 20 g/L, NH3-N to 2 - 3 g/L, and a large amount of remained autibiotic that can envenom micro-organism. At the same time, the process can also remove certainly NH3-N, and the efficiency of reactor is not affected by SO4^2- content. So we can draw a conclusion that it is feasible to make use of HCR as the first step for treating wastewater.
