从社会心态培育到社会心理建设

摘要

把培育积极社会心态写入国家社会治理的纲领性文件，深化了社会建设的主题，也把握住了社会管理创新的核心矛盾和问题。孙中山在《建国方略》中就提到“心理建设”的思想，梁启超、蔡元培等人也把社会心理作为推动社会前进的重要动力。鉴于目前社会心态存在的问题，全面启动社会心理建设将有利于提高我国软实力，践行中国梦的伟大实践，对中华民族复兴起到重要作用，并提出了社会心理建设的主要路径和内容。%Fostering the positive social mentality has been written in the paper of the national social governance, which deepens the social construction, and also the main social problems and the core of the social management innovation are grasped. In The International Development of China Sun Yat-sen asserted the psychological construction, and Liang Qichao, Cai Yuanpei, also put the social psychology as an important drive for society. In view of the current social mentality, implement of the social psychological construction will improve our country’s soft power and the great practice of Chinese dream will play an important role in the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. This paper also proposes the main path and the content of the social psychological construction.
