技术融合高等教育的学习理论、实践与创新——第四届教育技术国际会议(ICTE)综述

     

摘要

Since the beginning of this century, technology has penetrated into all aspects of education on a global scale, involving curriculum planning, content development, teacher-student communication and project evaluation, etc., and has become the basic reserve for the development of smart education. With the continuous updating and development of technology, communication between teachers and educational researchers is particularly necessary. The 4th International Conference of Technology in Education aims to provide an academic exchange platform for institutions related to higher education, with a particular focus on the sharing of research results and teaching practices. In order to deeply analyze the research frontiers of technology integration higher education and share and disseminate the important reports of the conference, this paper analyzes the basic situation of the conference papers and reviews the core contents of the four keynote speeches and the eight sub-forum reports. This paper summarizes the current positive attempts of technology integration in higher education in blended learning, learning analysis, personalized services, social media, virtual reali-ty and so on. The study found that the development of intelligent emerging technologies has spawned the innovation of educational methods and mod-els. Advanced equipment and technologies such as cloud computing technology, virtual reality technology, augmented reality technology, biosensing equipment and smart education environment have gradually penetrated into educational resources, teaching processes, teaching evaluation, teaching management and other aspects, and have also promoted people to think further about the ultimate goal of education. The trend of global education resources opening up has an impact on the blended learning paradigm in higher education. The online and offline learning boundaries are gradually blurred. Learners have new requirements for management modes and service support forms in online learning. The success of the conference is of great significance in the promotion of integration of technology into the practice and innovation of higher education.%本世纪以来,技术已在全球范围内渗透教育各个环节,涉及课程规划、内容开发、师生沟通和项目评估等方面,成为智慧教育开展的基础储备.随着技术的不断更新与发展,教师及教育研究者之间的沟通交流尤为必要.第四届教育技术国际会议旨在为高等教育相关机构提供学术交流平台,尤其侧重研究成果与教学实践的分享.为了深入解析技术融合高等教育的研究前沿,将大会重要报告进行分享和传播,本文简述了参会论文的基本情况,对大会四个主旨演讲和八个分论坛汇报的核心内容进行评述,总结了目前高等教育的技术融入在混合学习、学习分析、个性化服务、社会媒介、虚拟现实等方面所做的积极尝试.研究发现:智能化新兴技术的发展催生了教育手段与模式的创新;云计算技术、虚拟现实技术、增强现实技术、生物传感设备以及智慧教育环境等先进的设备与技术,已逐渐渗透于教育资源、教学过程、教学评价、教学管理等各个环节,同时也推动着人们对教育终极目标的进一步思考;全球教育资源开放趋势对高等教育中混合学习范式产生冲击,线上线下的学习界线逐渐模糊,学习者对在线学习中的管理模式以及服务支持形式有了新的要求.大会的成功举办对促进技术融入高等教育的实践与创新具有重要意义.
