个别化改造模式越来越成为监狱教育改造发展的新趋势，如何针对女犯的人格差异进行个别化的教育改造也就成为女犯教改工作的重点。通过艾森克人格问卷对常州监狱各种犯罪类型女犯的调查，课题组发现女犯的人格特征与常模相比具有显著差异，可将一些典型的人格类型归结为孤僻型人格、外向冒险型人格、冲动型人格、幼稚型人格等。女犯的监狱管理和心理矫治工作需要结合这种人格类型差异针对性地开展，才能有效地提高教育改造工作的效果。%Individual transformation model has increasingly become a new trend in the development of prison education reform. Subsequently, how to carry out the individualized education reform on the personality differences among female inmates has become the emphasis of reform work. Through the investigation of Eysenck Personality Questionnaire on female inmates in Changzhou jail, the difference is obvious between the national norm and personality characteristics of female prisoners which could be divided into eccentric personality, outgoing adventure personality, impulsive personality, childish personality and so on. Thus, the implementation of management and psychological treatment work on female inmates of the prison are required to be carried out in consideration of this type of personality differences so as to effectively improve the effect of education reform efforts.
