基于车-地关联分析的轨道电路失去分路验证方法

     

摘要

The principal function of track circuit is to check occupancy or clearing of the tracks, therefore the operation safety may be threatened once the false unoccupancy happens.At first, this paper briefly analyzes and rules out the following possible factors based on the field case and related data,i.e.harmonics of traction current and bypass signal current,which may cause the rise of residual voltage of track circuit.Then,using a detailed simulation model of track circuit under shunting state of the multi-axle locomotive,both cab signaling voltage and receiver voltage are calculated.It is validated that the cab signal voltage will decline while the receiver voltage of track circuit may remarkably increase by comparison with recorded data,so the conclusion can be drawn that the bad shunting leads to false unoccupancy.Finally,according to their quantitative interdependency,transfer coefficients are introduced so that a novel method can be applied in comprehensive diagnosis on shunting state of track circuit.%轨道电路的基本功能是检查轨道占用和空闲,一旦失去分路检查,将直接威胁行车安全。依据现场实际案例及相关数据,根据谐波电流限值和横向连接线测试数据,简要分析并排除了由于牵引电流谐波和迂回电路引起接收端残压超标的可能性。在建立机车多轴分路条件下轨道电路的精细仿真模型基础上,重点对机车信号电压及轨道电路接收残压进行了仿真计算和对比验证,得出了由于分路不良造成轨道电路失去分路的结论。定量分析了二者的相关性,引入了机车-轨道电路转移系数的概念,从而为综合判断分路状态及故障诊断提供了新的途径。
