思想政治教育话语作为一种符号系统，是传播的载体。只有传播才产生话语，从话语角度研究思想政治教育，也是从传播角度研究思想政治教育。从传播学的角度研究思想政治教育话语的特殊意义在于，能够在思想政治教育话语新功能的认定和实现方面产生重要突破，改变目前多是从语义表述的现状与发展的角度研究思想政治教育话语这样一种简单的、表层的、被动的研究向度。% As a symbol system ,the discourse of ideological and political education is a carrier of commu-nication .Only by communicating can we produce discourse ;and therefore ,a discursive study on ideolog-ical and political education can be understood as a research in the field from the perspective of commu-nication .The special significance of discursive research on ideological and political education lies in the following two aspects :firstly ,it is a breakthrough in the recognition and realization of the new func-tions of the discursive analysis in ideological and political education ;and secondly ,it is a timely shift of dimensions from such traditionally simplistic ,superficial ,and passive perspectives of the development and the semantic meanings of the contemporary situations to that matching with the changed world .
