基于参数化建模的动调轴流风机后导叶DOE优化

         

摘要

基于AutoBlade平台对R+S级动调轴流风机进行参数化,以后导叶出口气流角及弦长为优化变量,总效率和静压压比为优化目标,完成了气动设计后的R+S级动调轴流风机的三维DOE优化.原有的气动设计时的DOE优化方法,将轴流风机数值最优化方法与正问题流场计算相结合的DOE优化方法,能够实现多变量组合优化设计,实现二次流损失的有效控制.优化目标全压效率和静压压升分别提高了1.97%和0.056,并得到优化后的最优叶型.%By using the Autoblade and modeling R+S dynamic axial flow fan with adjustable parameters,the 3D DOE optimization of R+S dynamic adjustable axial flow fan has been achieved after the aerodynamic design,with the guide vane outlet flow angle and chord length as the optimization variables,total efficiency and static pressure ratio asthe optimization objective.The former DOE optimization method,and the new one that combines the axial flow fan numerical optimization method with the flow field calculation,can realize the multi-variable optimization design,and achieve the effective control of secondary flow loss.The optimization goal of total pressure efficiency and static pressure is increased by 1.97%and 0.056 respectively,and the optimal leaf type is obtained.
