柱状承印物表面喷墨打印研究与实现

摘要

采用PMAC对多轴运动平台与喷墨装置控制的新方法对柱状承印物表面进行喷墨打印。喷墨打印过程中，喷墨头保持不动，承印台实现多轴运动，以保证打印质量。喷墨头相对承印物进行不同的空间运动，可以实现柱状承印物表面不同图案的打印。实验结果表明，该方法对柱状承印物表面不同图案的喷墨打印具有可行性，该系统具有可开发性。%A new method using PMAC to control the many-axis motion platform and the ink-jet equipment is adopted to realize ink-jet printing on the surface of cylinder substrates. In the ink-jet printing process, the ink-jet head remains motionless and the printing platform realizes many axis motion to ensure the quality of printing. Different patterns on the surface of cylindrical substrates are printed by different motions of the ink-jet head which is relative to the substrates. The experimental result shows this method can realize different pattern’s ink-jet printing on the surface of cylinder substrates and the system is developable.
