基于CDI制版设备参数的柔性版制版质量研究

柔性版制版质量控制是柔性版印刷品质优劣的关键,通过分析CDI制版的技术原理与设备结构,将感光度、分辨率以及曝光速度作为主要性能参数,设计实验,绘制和分析网点复制曲线,探究CDI制版设备参数的优化,对柔印标准化管理和实际生产具有积极推动作用.%The control of flexographic platemaking quality is the key of flexographic printing quality, it takes the photosensibility, resolution and exposure speed as the main performance parameters after the analysis of CDI`s technical principle and equipment structure.In order to explore the optimization of CDI equipment parameters, it designs experiments, draws and analyzes the curve of dot replicating.All the above has a positive role to the flexo standardized management and the actual production.
